He is certainly one of the few directors around who is able to perfectly match both the technical, and the creative demands made by today?s increasingly sophisticated tabletop and beauty boards.

Before establishing Shotbox Studio, Peter was one of the founding partners of Mirage Postproduction Studio. Over a ten year period, Peter and his partners built Mirage Studio into one of the most acclaimed film and advertising postproduction facilities in Central Europe. Peter was a highly awarded Senior Flame Artist and SFX Supervisor at Mirage before embarking on his career directing and lighting Tabletop & Beauty SFX advertising.

During his years working in postproduction Peter developed a passionate interest in SFX cinematography. Peter was the first person who was able to supervise the design and construction of a digital highspeed camera which was able to deliver extreme-quality shots. His work in the field of digital highspeed cinematography very much revolutionized the international world of tabletop and beauty shooting. However, highspeed photography is only one aspect of Tabletop & Beauty SFX advertising so Peter set about creating a tabletop ?dream? studio that could perfectly supply clients with the necessary SFX technology and modelmaking skills. Peter was the driving force behind the creation and development of Shotbox Studio, which is today a recognized leader in the art of Tabletop & Beauty SFX cinematography. Under Peter?s supervision a world class SFX testing facility and modelmaking workshop was created for Shotbox.
